Royal Solutions UAB owns and operates residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy services that enable users to access the internet from various IP geolocations across different countries for business data collection purposes.

Royal Solutions UAB does not guarantee specific service uptime; however, reasonable efforts are made to minimize downtime.

Users may not:

  • Use the services to knowingly violate the terms of service of any third-party website;
  • Use the services to access financial institutions, banking websites, fintech platforms, or payment providers, including PayPal.com.

By using the services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Solutions UAB from any damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from misuse of the services or violation of these terms.

Royal Solutions UAB reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor service usage and may suspend or prohibit any use deemed to be in violation of these terms.

IP addresses used within the residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy networks are sourced from third-party suppliers who commit to informing end users that their connections may be used for proxy services. End users are compensated through ad-free software experiences, virtual in-game currency, or monetary rewards.

3. Disclaimer

All content and services provided on the website are offered on an “as is” basis. Royal Solutions UAB makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Royal Solutions UAB does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or expected outcomes of using the website’s content or services, nor does it guarantee the reliability of any linked third-party websites.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Royal Solutions UAB, its partners, employees, or shareholders be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Refund Policy and Free Trial Terms

Royal Solutions UAB may offer a free trial of up to 100 MB of data for business clients. Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial to assess service suitability.

All payments and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. The availability of a free trial constitutes sufficient opportunity to evaluate the services prior to purchasing a paid plan.

Royal Solutions UAB has not reviewed all websites linked to its platform and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.

8. Modifications

Royal Solutions UAB may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

In accordance with EU Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2873, dated December 18, 2023, Royal Solutions UAB does not provide sanctioned goods or services to citizens or residents of Russia, the Government of Russia, or legal entities established in Russia.

10. Purchases

All transactions are final. Upon delivery (defined as digital availability), purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Royal Solutions UAB.

For subscription renewals or top-ups purchased before an existing subscription has expired or depleted its bandwidth:

  • Unused data will not roll over;
  • Bandwidth will reset to the plan’s original maximum;
  • The expiration date will be extended to 30 days from the time of purchase.

11. E-mail Communications

Royal Solutions UAB reserves the right to use the email address provided during registration to send mandatory system communications, including but not limited to:

  • Account confirmations and changes
  • Purchase confirmations
  • Automatic renewals
  • Product expiration notices
  • Security and compliance notifications

Users may optionally opt in to receive informational emails related to product updates, pricing changes, feature releases, and promotional offers. Preferences can be managed within the user’s personal account profile after authorization.
